The United States Institute of leadership and Diplomacy is a division of the ORPE Human Rights Advocates whose one of the missions is to advance the causes or interests of the underserved and communities who are able to assert their own fundamental rights. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Initiative at the USILD further for the application of the principles of equal protection and the eradication of all forms of discriminations without distinction based on the race, ethnic origin, nationality, religion, gender, or sex orientation. All members making part of Usild  community are required to engage in the principle of non-discrimination and make commitment in the defense of human rights.

The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Office leads engagement across the USILD community to help us formulate and implement concrete measures to enhance diversity, equity and inclusion in our curriculum, our programming, and our recruitment of faculty, staff and students. It seeks to foster a climate across USILD to ensure that students, staff, and faculty from a wide range of under-represented backgrounds achieve their fullest potential and impact at our school.
