Dr. Dom is responsible for online education at the United States Institute of Leadership and Diplomacy including the Usild School of International Affairs and Political Studies, School of Business of , and Legal Studies, which encompasses more than 175 undergraduate and graduate online degree programs, minors, and certificates. Her office supports all aspects of the operation of education and training around the world such as academic affairs, academic advising, faculty development, and the development, piloting, and evaluation of online curricular innovations and enhancements at the United States Institute of Leadership and Diplomacy. As part of USILD’s strategic plan framework, she co-chairs the Transforming Education Steering Committee which conceptualized the One USILD 2025 vision.

A member of the USILD faculty since 2011, Dr. Dom is professor of international politics and diplomacy and served as the associate dean for academic programs in the Institute from 2006 to 2014 and as the executive director of the Usild Institute for Teaching Excellence from 2000 to 2006. She earned a Master's of Arts in International Relations and Diplomacy and a Ph.D. in International Security from the University of Paris.
